Alisa has a diverse background in education, mental health, and behavioral support. She proudly served in the United States Air Force, where she managed fitness testing and training for the base, demonstrating her leadership and organizational skills early on. With over twelve years of experience in education, including eight years as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager, Alisa has worked with K-12 students with moderate to severe disabilities, providing them with the education, support, and guidance they need to thrive.
Alisa holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and M.S. in Special Education, equipping her with a strong educational foundation to address the unique needs of individuals with behavioral and mental health challenges. Specializing in behavior intervention, her experience includes four years as a Clinical Supervisor and Intensive Behavior Interventionist, supporting clients in both clinical and community settings.
As a dedicated professional with a genuine desire to help others, Alisa is thrilled to apply her expertise at Serene, where she is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves. Outside of her professional life, Alisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continuing her personal journey of growth and learning.
