Reese Delgrande

Reese DelGrande is a passionate advocate for mental health who brings both personal experience and compassionate insight to his work. Originally from New Jersey, Reese first developed a deep interest in mental health during high school, when he began navigating his own journey with severe social anxiety. This personal connection to the subject inspired a lifelong commitment to supporting others through similar challenges.

    Reese earned his B.A. in Graphic Interactive Design with a minor in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University. While on campus, he played an active role in promoting mental wellness, organizing mental health awareness and support events for Greek life and the broader student community.


    During several summers, Reese participated in mission trips to Maine, helping to build and upgrade homes for less fortunate families—an experience that deepened his sense of empathy, community, and purpose.


    He finds the greatest fulfillment in working with youth and young adults, guiding them through the complexities of anxiety and other emotional struggles. His approach is rooted in empathy and understanding—knowing firsthand what it’s like to feel isolated and overwhelmed.


    Outside of work, Reese enjoys the balance of indoor and outdoor passions. He’s an avid gamer and Netflix enthusiast, as well as a world traveler who finds joy in hiking, skiing, and immersing himself in the beauty of breathtaking natural landscapes.
