Kayla Riley is the newest member of the Serene Integrative team, bringing a strong background in healthcare administration and patient support. She spent a year and a half working in a fast paced rural hospital in Eastern Washington, where she managed patient registration and scheduling for appointments, walk ins, procedures, mental health services, physical therapy, and emergency room registration. Known for her flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed, Kayla developed a passion for creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys baking, knitting, and spending time with her family. She was recently married and loves being a grandmother to her twin grandbabies. Her caring nature, medical field experience, and dedication to helping others make her a wonderful addition to the Serene Integrative team.
